The Aerospace Cluster Association (ACA) aims to serve the industry in four main areas:
Ecosystem
Establishing an ecosystem in Aviation, Space and Defense sectors supporting the integration of SMEs into these sectors, to facilitate University - Industry collaboration and to create technology-based projects developing the cooperation between Public, Private and the Academy.
Human Resources
Fostering Human Resources development activities to fulfill the needs of the Aviation, Space and Defense sectors by supporting Vocational Higher Education as well as Vocational High Schools by providing Internship programs, scholarships and building new laboratories and supplying equipment, supporting language skills and by creating new job opportunities for the graduates.
Network
Development of national and international communication and network with sectoral stakeholders and promotion activities by creating and updating Member Competency Matrix Cluster Catalog, Online Procurement Tools and Committees, with dedicated cluster Web Site participation in events and fostering publicity works through briefing, sector meetings as well as partnering with the European Aerospace Cluster Partnership - EACP clusters in participating EU funded projects.

Training, Certification and Support
Support for training and certification needs of the sector representatives. To ensure that our members reach local public funds (PDIC – UR-GE) as well as European Community support (Horizon 2020 Projects, etc.)
